Congratulations to the two fantastic ASC scholars: dr Anna Kurowicka and dr Natalia Pamuła!

The National Science Center Poland has just announced results of the most recent Sonata call (closed last December). Both dr Natalia Pamuła and dr Anna Kurowicka won the grants. Out of the total of eight Sonatas awarded this spring by the HS2 panel (“culture and cultural production”), two went to the ASC.

Dr Kurowicka will now be realizing her project on Asexuality in American popular culture, while dr Pamuła will be working on Disability in Polish Culture after 1989.
